Responsible for preparing trade syllabi, delivering practical hands-on workshop demonstrations, administering NITA internal trade tests, and maintaining safety protocols across designated county vocational training centres.
- Diploma or Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, or Fabrication & Welding from a recognized institution.
- Instructor Training Certificate (KTTC / Kenya Technical Trainers College) is an added advantage.
- Registered with TVETA / TVET Authority.
ECDE Caregivers & CBC Pre-Primary Teachers
Delivering the play-based Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) to Pre-Primary 1 and 2 learners, tracking developmental milestones, organizing health/nutrition feedings, and ensuring child welfare compliance in public ECDE centres across 25 wards.
- Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE) from KNEC or accredited university.
- Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
- Demonstrated knowledge of CBC early learner assessment tools.
TVET Graduate Apprenticeship & Industrial Attachment Program
A 6-month hands-on industrial placement program under the Trans-Nzoia County Works and Engineering departments for recent polytechnic graduates seeking practical experience in building construction, electrical maintenance, and plumbing.
