Free County Pre-Primary Education Guarantee

Under Trans-Nzoia County's Free Pre-Primary Education policy, parents pay zero tuition fees for children enrolled in PP1 and PP2 at Kwanza Model ECDE Center. All learning workbooks, art supplies, and daily nutritional porridge are 100% funded by county capitation grants.
